Situated on Passatge de la Font del Mont, in the heart of the Collserola Natural Park, Nou Can Martí is the only restaurant in Barcelona that offers 360-degree panoramic views of the city while you enjoy a meal surrounded by nature. Our rustic Catalan farmhouse, surrounded by forest and featuring a terrace with capacity for 100 guests, is the perfect place to disconnect from the city's bustle without ever leaving Barcelona.
How to get here: accessible by car (free parking available), public transport (FGC), or on foot via mountain trails. Our privileged location turns every visit into a small adventure worth taking.
Calçots – A Catalan Tradition
From November to April, we celebrate calçot season, one of Catalonia’s most beloved culinary traditions. Our calçots are cooked over a wood fire using the traditional technique, achieving the perfect balance of caramelized exterior and tender interior. Served with homemade romesco sauce and accompanied by wood-grilled meats, the calçotada experience at Nou Can Martí is authentic, family-friendly, and unforgettable.
Calçot reservations: we recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, as the season is extremely popular among both locals and visitors.
Wood-Fired Grill – Our Specialty
Our cuisine is based on the ancestral technique of cooking over a wood fire, using locally sourced hardwood charcoal. Each cut of meat—aged entrecôte, Iberian presa, free-range chicken, lamb ribs—is cooked with precise control of embers and flame to achieve that unique flavor only wood fire can provide.
Our artisanal sausages are another specialty: classic, pear and gorgonzola, sobrasada and mahón cheese, and wild mushrooms. Each recipe is crafted to complement the intensity of the grill.
Live Music
On Fridays and Saturdays, our terrace comes alive with live music. Local musicians perform Catalan acoustic, rumba, and soft rock, creating the perfect atmosphere for dinners with sunset views over Barcelona. The combination of nature, music, and gastronomy turns every evening into a memorable experience.
